ALL fees are due and payable on completion of services rendered. Escrow or loan cancellations have no bearing on the payment of fees. No charge if notice of cancellation of an appointment is two (2) hours or more in Advance (a document printing fee for edocs may still apply). Negotiated flat rate service available. I accept Cash, Credit Card payments, ApplePay, Venmo, CashAPP, Zelle, Checks, and more. Asking me about invoicing also for remote customers paying on behalf of someone local.
