Hello, my name is Jeff Burckhard. I provide fast, convenient, accurate, confidential, and professional mobile services for individuals and businesses in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and surrounding areas in the Tri-Cities, WA.
I have 20 years experience in financial services and management including notary, loan signings, human resources and inspection services.

Be prepared to sign your documents:
Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you when you visit for notary services. Must be government-issued and include a photo. Acceptable identification includes State issued driver's licenses, State identification cards, and passport or military identification cards. Identification cannot be expired for more than 3 years in Washington State for the notary to use as valid identification. However, verifying your documents does not require the notary to document a current unexpired identification.
Be sure to bring all of the documents that need to be notarized with you.
Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. The notary public is prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.
Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization.
Make sure you arrange to have additional witnesses available with valid identification if your document requires them. Hospitals and other healthcare facilities typically don't allow their employees to be witnesses due to legal liability or laws that prohibit them from assisting.

Service Fees
Travel Fees: Charged for each trip plus fees as listed below
Travel within 15 miles round trip: $50
Over 15 miles @ $1 per additional mile + Time or negotiated flat fee
Notarial Act: Maximum Established by
Washington State Law (WAC 308-30-020)
All of the following services are included in the travel fee
Witnessing or attesting a signature
Taking acknowledgment or verification upon oath or affirmation
Certify or attest a copy
Receiving or noting a protest of a negotiable instrument
Administering an oath or affirmation for in-person testifying or via telephone testifying
Certifying that an event has occurred or an act has been performed
Call for price on Wills ($60 in most cases). Combined pricing with multiple document discounts is possible. Two wills for $80 and includes POA and health directives at no additional charge.
Estate Docs
Starting at $80 for one package: May include: Will, POA, Health POA, Health Directive. The couple's discount is $120 in total. Includes travel.
If an attorney is explaining documents during the appointment, then an additional time fee may be required.
Mobile Loan Signing Fees

First Mortgages or One Loan Signing: range between $125-$175.
Stand-alone 2ND Mortgage: $100
Loan modification docs $60-$80
Mobile Service Other Fees:
After Hours (after 9:00 pm): $100 in addition to other fees
Printing E-Docs: $30 per loan set
Seller Signings: $80 to $100
Waiting/Extra Time (0-15 minutes): $15
Delivery and document drop to FedEx, UPS, and USPS vary depending on travel and time. Typically $10.

ALL fees are due and payable on completion of services rendered. Escrow or loan cancellations have no bearing on the payment of fees. No charge if notice of cancellation of an appointment is two (2) hours or more in Advance (a document printing fee for edocs may still apply). Negotiated flat rate service available. I accept Cash, Credit Card payments, ApplePay, Venmo, CashAPP, Zelle, Checks, and more. Asking me about invoicing also for remote customers paying on behalf of someone local.
